Are JIK products made to order?

Yes. Every JESUS IS KING product is made to order, so please allow time for production before shipping.

How long does processing take?

Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–7 business days after you place your order.

When will my order arrive?

After production, estimated shipping times are 3–7 business days within the United States and 10–20 business days internationally. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, and busy periods can affect delivery.

Will my items arrive together?

If your order contains multiple products, they will arrive in separate packages.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Our current return policy does not accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size or color, or a change of mind, because products are made to order. Please review our Return Policy for full details before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error?

Contact us at rosalicious15@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue. Our current policy offers a free reprint or full refund for qualifying damage or manufacturing errors.

What if my package is delayed?
