Refund policy

At JESUS IS KING, all products are made to order through print-on-demand, which means each item is uniquely produced just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, if you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we will offer a free reprint or a full refund — provided you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out to us at rosalicious15@gmail.com and include a clear photo showing the issue. You do not need to return the damaged item.

If the issue affects multiple products using the same design, please include a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame so we can confirm the defect.

Please note that we are not responsible for and cannot offer reprints or refunds if the wrong size or color was ordered. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you may choose between a reprint (with an additional shipping charge) or a partial refund.

For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, please be aware that there is a standard tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in print positioning are not considered defects.
